To complete the work you will need:
1. Cardboard green A4;
2. Decorative paper in green tones with a pattern or polka dots;
3. Paper for quilling - red, black, white;
4. Double-sided foam tape;
5. Glue, scissors, quilling tools, tweezers.
Greeting card for happy birthday. For the base of the postcard, bend A4 cardboard in half. From the decorative paper we cut out the number, which will be the age of the birthday man. In this case, this is 27. We draw both numbers in advance, then cut them out. Then, using small pieces of double-sided foam tape, we fix the numbers on a green base. From the same decorative paper, cut out a strip, which we also attach to the double-sided tape from below.
Now proceed to the execution of ladybugs. In total, we should get them 10 pieces. Of these: 3 large, 4 medium, 3 small.

For a large ladybug, we take red quilling paper 150 cm long (we glue 3 strips with glue). We form a large, tight roll, fix the end with glue and give it a rounded shape, pressing the circle inward. After that, inside, we fix with glue the shell of a ladybug. For the head, we take black quilling paper 50 cm long, make a roll, then press it on both sides to make a semicircle.

For an average ladybug, we use red quilling paper 100 cm long. We form middle shells in the same way. For the head we use black quilling paper 40 cm long.

A small ladybug is made of red quilling paper 50 cm long, a head of black paper - 30 cm long.
Ladybug paws are made of black quilling paper. To do this, gently cut the strip 5 mm wide in half with scissors for small parts. From strips we cut segments 2 cm long, of which the legs will consist. We twist one end of the strip with a quilling tool, and fix it with glue paws from the inside of the shell. The paws will be visible at half of the ladybugs, the rest will sit with their hidden paws on our postcard.
For eyes, we take white quilling paper. We also cut along to get neat and thin elements for the formation of the eyes of ladybirds. Then we cut segments of 2-3 cm, each of which is twisted into tight small rolls, fixed with glue.

When all the ladybugs with us are ready, we can safely proceed to fastening them to the holiday number.
Unusual, festive. do-it-yourself light and fairytale greeting card is ready!
