Since childhood, we all remember the taste of kozinaki, this healthy and simple dessert. You can cook it yourself by adding an original twist to their taste.
To prepare gozinaki you will need:
- Half a glass of quick-cooking oatmeal.
-One glass of peeled sunflower seeds.
- Half a glass of different nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds are used in this recipe).
-150 grams of coconut.
-50 grams of dried apricots pitted.
-100 grams of dark raisins without seed and stalk.
-50 grams of pitted prunes.
-1/2 glasses of honey of any kind.
-200 grams of sunflower oil.

1. Dried apricots, prunes and raisins must first be soaked for one hour in warm water.

2. In the meantime, we chop the nuts, you can do it manually, or you can use a blender.

3. Next, mix the seeds, chopped nuts, oatmeal, coconut flakes in a bowl and evenly combine into a homogeneous mass.

4. Well-washed dried apricots, raisins, grind prunes with a blender, it is undesirable to turn them into pulp, the pieces should be medium in size.

5. After that, combine them with a mixture of nuts, seeds and cereal, mix.

6. Then add honey, if it is thick and candied, then evenly rub it with a tablespoon, so that when baking, our kozinaki stick together well and equally.

7. At the very end, pour the sunflower oil, try to calculate its amount so that the mixture is like thick sour cream.

8. Add a little cinnamon if desired.

9. After that, put the mass on a baking sheet covered with oiled baking parchment.

10. We distribute the mass on a baking sheet with a thickness of 1-2 centimeters.

11. Dry at a temperature of 120 degrees in the oven for 15 minutes. When kozinaki completely cooled - cut them into pieces.

12. Put on a plate, decorate with berries. Bon Appetit!
