The canning season has come. Already done a lot of preservation with fruits and berries. And finally, the cucumbers are ripe!
The most popular type of canning is the method of "cucumbers in marinade." So the cucumbers remain whole and can be used both for the preparation of salads, and for self-serving to various dishes.

Consider one of the options for preserving cucumbers.
To prepare the marinade, you will need the ingredients (per one can of 1.5 liters):
1. Water.
2. Vinegar with a volume of 20 ml.
3. Sugar in an amount of 25 g.
4. Salt in an amount of 25 g.
5. Citric acid in an amount of 10 g.
6. Red ground pepper in an amount of 10 g.

To give the cucumber aroma, color and taste, you will need such components:
1. Garlic - in the amount of 3 cloves.
2. Horseradish root.
3. Leaves of black currant.
4. Cherry leaves - 2 pcs.
5. Dill.

The process of canning.


1. The first step is to prepare the cucumbers. To do this, carefully wash all the cucumbers under running water.

2. Next, cut the tails of the cucumbers on both sides.

3. Then put the cucumbers in a large container. Then fill the cucumbers with water so that they are completely covered. In this form, leave the cucumbers for at least 4 hours, but better at night. So the cucumbers will acquire crispy properties, and excess bitterness will come out of them.

4. While the cucumbers are infused, it is necessary to prepare the remaining components for canning. First of all, we wash and lay cherry leaves on the bottom of the can.

5. Next, clean the horseradish root and tear it into small pieces.

6. Then put the pieces of horseradish in a jar.

7. The leaves of my currant, sorted and also spread in a jar.

8. So that the cucumbers get a rich aroma, wash the dill umbrellas and cut into small pieces.

9. Pour dill umbrellas into the jar.

10. Finally, peel the garlic.

11. To get a more saturated garlic aroma and taste, cut the garlic cloves into halves and put them in a jar with the rest of the products.

12. At the last stage of preparation, we lay out the cucumbers in a jar. We place the cucumbers very tightly, while using cucumbers of different sizes. On top, you can lay a sprig of dill and a piece of horseradish.

13. Next, you need to boil water and pour this water into a jar of cucumbers to the brim. We cover the cans with seaming lids and leave them to cool completely.

14. After cooling, drain the water from the cans. To do this, we put a special lid on the jar and drain the water into a common container.

15. The resulting brine should be boiled and spices added. After which we give the marinade again to boil and pour it hot into the jars. In this form, we twist the cans with seaming lids. Ready cucumbers set on the floor. At the same time, we turn the banks over and put them on the lids. Wrap the jars with warm clothes.

16. Let the banks cool and send them to be stored in the cellar.
Cucumbers prepared according to this recipe are very tasty. They are crunchy and have a pleasant aroma.
