Delicious ravioli soup in 30 minutes

If lunch is soon, and there is already not enough time to prepare a full-fledged dish, you can cook a delicious soup of frozen dumplings. This will require simple products, a minimum of effort and about 30 minutes of free time. If at the same time you choose good quality dumplings, a tasty and hearty dinner is provided.

Ingredients


All you need to make soup:
  • water - 2.5 l;
  • 500 g of potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • dill, green onions;
  • dumplings - 400 g;
  • sunflower oil;
  • bay leaf, allspice.

It is better to use small dumplings for soup, given that they will increase in size when cooking.

Making dumplings soup


1. We put water on the fire.
2. During the time that the water boils, you need to peel the potatoes and cut it into slices. Chop onions and carrots as well (as for frying).

3. Heat a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan.
4. During this time, water will boil. We put potatoes there and cook it for 10 minutes.
5. While the potatoes are still boiling, we pass the onions with carrots to a golden crust.

6. After the potatoes have boiled for 10 minutes, put salt, roasting, bay leaf, pepper and dumplings in a pan.

7. We cook together for another 10 minutes (the cooking time depends on the size and degree of freezing of dumplings and can be increased or decreased by several minutes).
Dumplings soup is ready - you can serve it to the table. In each serving add green onion and dill.

Soup is a godsend for a bachelor: fast, tasty, all the ingredients are not numerous and available.
