Seashell Souvenirs

Have you been at sea at least once in your life? Have you bought souvenirs from shells? And let's try to make marine souvenirs on our own?
For work, we need - sea-colored pebbles, shells or their fragments, admit - you brought all this with you from your last vacation, and were about to take it to the mezzanine with your suitcase? We also need an object that we will decorate (in my case, a ready-made plastic photo frame), and the glue - universal, preferably transparent - is not visible in the gaps between stones and shells (I have a "moment-crystal").
Shells can be glued in a creative mess, or lay out some specific pattern. In the case of the pattern - you can lay out the shells before applying the glue, and then just stick it. If all the elements are glued in a chaotic order (which looks no less interesting as a result), then we apply glue to the base, and then, like a puzzle, “collect” the “parts” into a single whole. We apply glue densely, since shells and pebbles are quite heavy.
My frame had a groove around the perimeter, which I gladly filled with pieces of shells, agree, so it looks more fun? On a smooth frame, you can lay out a strip, zigzag, or glue the shells whole.
When the shells stick (see the glue instructions), you can cover the product with colorless varnish, or leave a natural matte finish to taste. Everything, the frame is ready, it remains only to insert a marine photograph.
In such a technique, you can decorate almost any items - caskets, mirror frames, bathroom accessories - all that is enough for your imagination, and shells, of course. Small pebbles look just as impressive, but to simulate “sputum” it is advisable to cover them with transparent varnish (furniture is suitable).
