From all this stuff, it will be necessary to make a carriage, which will move along the guide. A grinder is attached to the carriage.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author welds two rollers of bearings and pieces of steel bar.
Also, it will be necessary to weld the rollers from the bearings and two pieces of strip, and from one bearing and a piece of a round pipe.
Then, using rollers from bearings and rollers from a skateboard, as well as other details, the author welds the carriage.
A rectangular steel plate is welded to the top of the carriage.
Next, the author makes a mount for the grinder and screws it to the housing of the angle grinder. The mount itself is welded to the carriage.
At the end, between the carriage and the mount, it is necessary to weld another roller from the bearing.
The author welds profile sections to the guide so that it can be fixed on a sheet of metal with clamps.
