Homemade manufacturing process
First of all, two blanks need to be cut out of sheet metal, which will need to be welded together. We get the base of homemade.
At the base, four mounting holes will need to be drilled to secure the fixture to the workbench.
From a piece of metal strip, the author makes a lever. For convenience, you can put on a piece of the tube, preheating it with a building hair dryer.
At the next stage, we make the remaining parts for the articulated lever clamp. Small strip lengths and an extended nut are required.
After that, you can proceed directly to the assembly of the device itself. And this will require bolts with nuts.
