From the old pan, car wheel and tool trolley, the craftsman makes a mobile melting furnace to melt aluminum.

The design turned out to be quite convenient and practical, and most importantly - budget.

First of all, the author cuts off a part of the car’s rim, which will be used as a furnace cover. We weld two metal bars to it.

In an old pan, the author puts a plastic bucket and fills the interior with mortar. Using a hammer drill vibrates the mixture.

Part of the rim also needs to be filled with a solution by inserting a piece of pipe in the middle.

The main stages of work

At the next stage, the author parses the tool trolley, leaving only the platform on wheels. It will house a melting furnace.

A stand with a swivel mechanism needs to be welded to the platform. In the lower part, the author welds the stops for the furnace.

Using two square rods of the L-shaped form, the master connects the lid with a rotary mechanism. A handle will also need to be welded to the lid.

In the end, it remains only to paint the stove and install an air blower. We insert the gas burner into the nozzle in the pipe, and you can use the furnace for its intended purpose.
