Softbox is a special "nozzle" that is worn on a light source (usually led bulbs). Such a "nozzle" is necessary in order to create a soft and diffused light, without sharp glare. Used when taking photos and videos.
If you do not want to overpay money, you can make a budget softbox with your own hands. Moreover, this will require the simplest materials that can always be found in the workshop - plywood, cardboard from packaging for household appliances and others.
A square piece of plywood with dimensions of 120 * 120 mm is quite suitable as the base for homemade work. It is necessary to draw two diagonals with a pencil so that you can find the center of the workpiece.
The main stages of work
Next, you will need four lampholders, a plug, a switch and a piece of wire. This is all without any problems you can buy inexpensively in the store.
To attach the cartridges to the base, the master made small metal plates - one for each cartridge. They are fastened with a bolt and nut. And in the plywood itself, you will need to drill holes.
Then the master cuts out four pieces of trapezoidal shape from cardboard with a small ledge. Of these "components" the "nozzle" itself will be made. Then you need to cut 4 pieces of reflector, which are glued to the cardboard.
