To wash a large number of glass jars without making much effort, just make yourself a fixture from a plastic bottle. With it, you will be able to tear off the cans to a shine completely without straining. Moreover, the washing process does not take much time, in contrast to the use of a sponge or brush.
The main stages of work
We take two plastic bottles with a capacity of 1.5-2 liters and with a knife we cut off the upper part with a neck from them. We cut the plastic on each of the blanks into narrow strips without cutting to the neck of about 5 cm. Then we cut off part of the neck with the lid.
Next, we wind a nut with a rubber gasket and washer onto the M10 hairpin, after which we put on top a homemade "brush" from a plastic bottle. On the back of the stud we put on the second piece of the bottle and also fix it with a nut. Well, then, as they say, a matter of technology.
How to quickly wash cans
We take a conventional power drill (or you can use a cordless screwdriver for this purpose), put a cap on the can on the pin with a nozzle, insert it into the chuck, and then you can start general cleaning.
To do this, pour a little water and detergent into each jar, insert a homemade device from plastic bottles, turn on the electric drill and start washing the inner walls. To tear off a three-liter jar to shine, it will take about 20-30 seconds.
