One is convenient to work with the grinder when it is in the hands, the other - on the contrary, when the angle grinder is fixed rigidly on the table. That's just for such a case, a simple home-made mount with a platform for angle grinders is perfect. You can make it from improvised materials.
In order to assemble the mount with the platform for angle grinders with your own hands, you will need a profile pipe with dimensions of 30x20 mm, as well as a steel strip 30 mm wide and 4 mm thick. Of the tool for work, you need welding, a grinder and a drill (preferably a drilling machine).
First of all, cut off two identical pieces of 60 mm length from the strip, with which the angle grinder will be fixed on the site. In the resulting "ears" we drill through holes with a diameter of 8 mm.
Work Stages
We fasten the segments of the strip to the body of the angle grinder, and then connect using the third strip, which is welded perpendicularly. From the profile pipe 30x20 mm, we cut two pieces 125 mm long. We weld them with each other at an angle of 90 degrees.
The resulting corner must be welded to the connecting plate (which connects the "ears"), but not in the center, but with an offset to the side. In order to be able to fix the grinder on the table or in a vice, one more piece of the profile pipe will be welded on the side.
